The top gears are the first print with evidence of elephant foot. The bottom gears add a 0.2mm fillet around the bottom of the teeth (since chamfer doesn’t work on my spline edge) and definitely reduces the elephant foot so the gears fit more closely as intended :white_check_mark:

Had some troubles with the translucent pla-- also tried painting the first attempt with some gold acrylic, really liking the result!

Planking, drying, milling, shaping. Epoxy pouring and final finish). Finally completed the project after 3 years!!! I need to do finishing touches but I can live with it for now ...lol
